The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 2010 Business in Gwinnett (BIG) Job Fair, held in conjunction with the BIG Expo, on Thursday, August 19, from Noon to 5 p.m. located at the Convention Center at Gwinnett Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, GA 30097.
Who should attend? The Job Fair at the BIG Expo is the place to be if you are looking for a career change, you are a high school or college graduate, climbing the corporate ladder, or are unemployed and would like to find a job.
What should I expect? The Job Fair provides a forum for employees and potential employees to meet in a fun, informal environment. Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet with human resource professionals from Gwinnett’s leading companies that are searching for qualified employees.
What companies will be there? Companies participating in the Job Fair include accounting firms, local government entities, schools, manufacturing businesses, resorts, technology firms and many more!
What is the attire: Attendees and job seekers should dress for success. Business professional attire is recommended.
What should I bring? Plenty of résumé’s to give to recruiters, along with any other pertinent material. (Note: There will not be a copier available to print additional copies)
What is the cost? There is no charge to attend. No reservations are required.
Special Note: There is NO résumé solicitation allowed in the business expo area!
